Processing Time

Following confirmation of your payment, we begin the process of preparing your order for shipment. Orders require up to 5 business days for processing before shipment. This timeline ensures that we maintain the high standard of care and accuracy you expect from us. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reputable courier services including DHL, UPS, Australia Post, and Royal Mail (for UK customers) to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Estimated delivery timeframes:

International Shipping Compliance

When ordering from Nume, please note the following important policies regarding international orders:

  • It is your responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the receipt, possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from our website.
  • When ordering products for delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or fees to your shipment which are not included in our prices or shipping charges. These additional charges are your responsibility.
  • While we partner with reputable third-party logistics couriers for shipping and delivery services, these couriers are not sponsors of products sold on our website and do not endorse or assume responsibility for their quality, claims, or regulatory compliance.

For orders involving customised wellness products or supplements, additional processing time is required due to the specific and personalised nature of these preparations.

  • Extended Processing: Processing times for customised orders can extend up to 10 business days. This allows our team to carefully prepare and verify each item to meet your individual needs.
  • Current Delays: We are currently experiencing a higher volume of inquiries and orders for certain customised products. Due to this increased demand, processing times may be longer, with potential delays extending the wait time to 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to prepare and deliver your order with the utmost care.
  • Consultation Follow-up: For products requiring consultation, our team will ensure your custom formulation meets your specific requirements before processing.

Shipping Delays and External Factors

While Nume strives to meet our stated timeframes, certain circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause shipping delays, including but not limited to:

  • Peak shopping seasons (holiday periods, promotional events)
  • Customs inspections and import regulations for international shipments

Important: Nume is not responsible for shipment delays nor will we replace any goods stolen upon delivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or arranging for secure delivery options with the carrier.
