  • Term of Agreement: These terms apply for the entire duration of your program, whether it extends for 6 months, 12 months, or any other period. Your obligations under these terms remain in effect throughout the entire customer relationship.
  • Respectful Engagement: You agree to engage with our staff, practitioners, and other program participants in a respectful, appropriate manner throughout the program. Any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your participation without refund.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide honest, accurate, and complete information about your health, lifestyle, and any other relevant details during the enrolment process. The success of your personalised plan relies on the accuracy of the information you provide. If consulting with an external licensed practitioner, it is your responsibility to ensure they are fully informed about your current circumstances.
  • Adherence to Plans: You commit to actively participating in your wellness program by following the strategies and guidance provided by our wellness consultants. If an external practitioner prescribes specific interventions (e.g., medications), it is your responsibility to follow their professional advice and communicate any concerns directly to them. Nume facilitates access to personalised wellness support and tools but does not manage or oversee medical prescriptions by external practitioners.
  • Acknowledgment of Potential Side Effects: You understand that personalised programs may involve recommendations or strategies based on your individual circumstances, including any input from external licensed practitioners. If medications are recommended or prescribed by a licensed practitioner, potential risks, side effects, or outcomes should be discussed with them directly. Nume is not responsible for clinical decisions or outcomes but remains available to support your broader wellness journey.
  • Compliance with Terms and Conditions: You agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies outlined during the enrolment process and any that are communicated to you thereafter. This includes adherence to our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, User Account, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Payment Methodsy, and any program-specific rules or guidelines.

Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

Mandatory Binding Arbitration. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. 30-Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of the provisions of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to legal@numelabs.org within 30 days after first becoming subject to this Arbitration Agreement. Your notice must include your name and address, the email address you used to set up your account (if you have one), and a clear statement that you want to opt out of this Arbitration Agreement.

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.
